Dr. John Dietrich

Dr. John Dietrich

Dr. Dietrich grew up in Washington State. He graduated from Washington State University in 1973 and then obtained his Masters in Public Health and Medical Degree from Tulane School of Medicine in New Orleans in 1977. He then completed his Internal Medicine Residency in 1980 and his Fellowship in Infectious Disease in 1982, both at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He has now been in Private Practice for over 34 years, initially in Texas and Nevada and now for the past 20+ years here in Little Rock as the founding partner of IDRG.

Dr. Dietrich is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and in Infectious Disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

When not working in the hospitals and clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 35 years, hanging out with his now-grown children, road-biking, mentoring med students, leading Bible studies and serving in church.

Dr. Dietrich sees patients in the hospital and office settings. New patients are accepted by referral only.



Dr. Dwight Alec Lindley

Dr. Dwight Alec Lindley

Dr. Lindley was born in Port Lavaca, Texas, but moved multiple times as a child because his father was in the Air Force. He graduated from McMurry College in 1976, then completed his medical degree at UT Southwestern in Dallas in 1979. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Penn State University in 1982, and his Infectious Diseases fellowship at the University of Virginia in 1990. He practiced infectious diseases in Dallas until 2000 when he moved to Little Rock and joined IDRG.

Dr. Lindley is board certified in Infectious Diseases by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has participated in short term medical mission work in multiple countries, and volunteers at the Esperanza Clinic in South Little Rock

When not working, Dr. Lindley enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his wife, four children, and numerous grandchildren.

Dr. Brandon Walser

Dr. Brandon Walser

Dr. Walser is a native of Fort Smith, Arkansas. He graduated from the Schedler Honors College at the University of Central Arkansas in 2005, then obtained his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock in 2009. He completed his Internal Medicine residency in 2012 and his Infectious Diseases fellowship in 2014, both at UAMS. While in fellowship he spent time studying tropical diseases in Kenya. He joined IDRG in 2014.

Dr. Walser is board certified in Infectious Diseases by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America, the HIV Medicine Association, and the Arkansas Medical Society.

When not working, Dr. Walser enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, cheering on the Razorbacks, and traveling.

Dr. Katie Ferren

Dr. Katherine "Katie" Ferren

Dr. Ferren is originally from Hot Springs, Arkansas. After completing college at Lyon's College in 2006, she obtained her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas in 2012. She went on to complete her Internal Medicine training in 2015 and later completed her Infectious Disease Fellowship in 2017. She joined IDRG in 2017.

Dr. Ferren is a member of the Infectious Disease Society of America.

When she is not seeing patients, she enjoys being with her husband and kids, being outdoors, working out doing cross-fit and spending time with friends.

Danielle “Dani” Leeper

Danielle “Dani” Leeper
Certified Nurse Practicioner

Dani grew up in North Little Rock, Arkansas. She obtained her Associates of Science in Nursing while being in the Donaghey Scholar's Program at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2010. Then, in 2014 she graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. In 2016 she graduated from Walden University with a Masters of Science in Nursing and joined IDRG.

Dani is a board certified Adult/Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

In her free time, Dani enjoys spending time her husband, family, and friends, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and traveling.

Dani is accepting new patients.
